What is "lease-to-own?" What is a church "Equipment Financing Agreement (EFA)? How do they work? Ask any pastor or church trustee about church financing and they will tell you that consumer credit/finance companies will only finance individuals. Consequently, churches have to go to the bank and get a special loan which is an involved process. Church leasing or equipment financing gets around those issues. The lease/EFA application is one page and, if the church has been in existence for five years or longer, the chances are good that getting approved will be easy plus the initial deposit or down payment is minimal compared to a finance company. At the end of the term, the church can buy the instrument from the lease company for the price of the "residual," which in the following lease package examples is only $1.00. In an Equipment Financing Agreement the church owns the instrument from the start. Porta B allows the player to hear what is being played even if the

effectively meets the needs of budget-minded churches that want the
sound and feel of the vintage Hammond Organ with a price that is
highly competitive. The Hurricane 210 Active Speaker, while
not a "Leslie," certainly gives the sensation of a Leslie being in
the room. With 600 Watts of power and speakers arrayed in a
180 degree arc, Leslie simulation through the stereophonic (4 150
watt amplifiers) certainly sounds like a "Leslie" in most venues.
